ANNOUNCEMENT:
I am in the middle of the annual enrollment period for my nine-month long Self-Assured Motherhood Program (or SAM, as we like call it), and I want to invite you to join! This transformational program only opens once per year, and enrollment closes this upcoming Thursday, September 20, 2023, so if you’ve been feeling curious about it, please do not wait to go to 3in30podcast.com/sam to check out more details and get yourself signed up. I don’t want you to wait another year to get the support you need to feel more happiness, fulfillment, and direction in your daily life as a mother. You don’t deserve to put that on hold, and neither does your family. They deserve a happy and fulfilled mom, and only you can give that to them.

In today’s episode, you are going to hear from an amazing alumni of the Self-Assured Motherhood Program who decided to go for it and prioritize her emotional wellness, even though the odds were against her. Lexie Griffiths is a mom of two girls, ages 6 and 3, who is embracing the rollercoaster of parenting, especially with her youngest, who’s a superhero battling Dravet Syndrome. You’ll hear more about her daughter’s health condition in the episode. Lexie says she is a dedicated bookworm who has a deep passion for reading and self-improvement and is always striving to learn and become the best version of herself. She also says that she is a coziness connoisseur and a cold weather enthusiast (which made me giggle because she lives in Texas). Lexie says, “Give me a blanket and a cup of bengal spice tea, and I’m in my happy place.”
I suggest that everyone listening grab yourself a hot beverage and a cozy blanket in Lexie’s honor as you listen to her wise and heartfelt messages of encouragement today.

3 Takeaways from Lexie we hope you will always remember:
- Stop trying to reinvent yourself. You are not broken, and you don’t need to be fixed or overhauled or reborn…you just need some tools to become more of yourself. And I have those tools for you in the Self-Assured Motherhood Program.
-
View any limitations as an opportunity to get creative. This speaks to the positive mindset that we cultivate in the program, empowering women to consider their own unique life circumstances, their own unique children and challenges–and instead of getting resentful or fatalistic about it (“I’m just stuck” or “That would never work for me”), embrace a mindset of finding creative solutions that work for their unique situations
-
Believe that you are worth it. You are worth all of the effort, all of the resources, and all of the time it takes to become the very best version of your Self.
