    In this episode, Rachel comments that these takeaways are not revolutionary. I have to say, they ARE absolutely revolutionary!! The idea of spending meaningful time with your children as a way to combat burn-out is a concept I have been sensing is a huge void in modern motherhood. I have never quite had the language to describe it as Rachel does here, and I am so glad she shared it in such a clear and powerful way. This is a game-changer. It DOES seem counterintuitive at first, but I have seen this principle make a vast difference in my life. These are principles that will truly have a lifetime of a ripple effect if taken to heart. Thank you Rachel!
