This type of self-compassionate attitude has not always been easy for me to adopt, but it’s become easier and easier as I’ve done lots of therapy and dug in to the work of therapists I respect, such as my guest this week, KC Davis from @strugglecare.

Tune in now to hear her 3 nonjudgemental takeaways about housework, instead of the cookie cutter advice we so often get.

 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some of us make hot breakfast for our families every day; some of us throw mini muffins at our kids in the car while running late to school. (Can you guess which type of mom I am? 🤪)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And guess what? IT'S OKAY. Because we are all good moms who deeply love our children and bring our unique gifts to their lives.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is what the Declutter your Motherhood audio course is all about.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's about owning your strengths and accepting your limits. It's about saying no to some things so you can say yes to others. It's about selectively saying "not right now" and seeking help when you’re overwhelmed.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's about becoming comfortable in your own brand of motherhood that suits you and not others’ expectations of you.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If you tend to beat up on yourself or compare yourself to other women for all the things you're “not doing," this course is for you! Click the link in my bio to learn more, and ask any questions you have in the comments!
