When you snap at your kids, it’s not a sign that When you snap at your kids, it’s not a sign that you are a failure as a parent.

It’s a sign that you have unmet needs.

It’s a sign that your anger has a MESSAGE for you.

Do you know how to translate that message? I will teach you how!

This coming Monday, I will be teaching my free masterclass “How to Be a Less Angry Mom” live on Zoom for the FINAL TIME! Don’t miss it!

Go to my Stories for a link! If you miss the live class, you’ll be sent a replay. 💜

And did you know we published a surprise bonus episode on Thursday as well?? 💃🏼

Both episodes feature Alumni from my Self-Assured Motherhood program, which only opens once a year and is open NOW!

On Monday, @aleisha.mckean talked about three strategies for feeling more like *yourself* in your motherhood.

On Thursday, four SAM alumni shared about their biggest epiphanies from the program:

*Melanie @planforawesome talked about how she stopped judging her teenagers for being lazy.

*Lexie talked about how she used her young daughters’ bedtime routine to design her own

*Meredith talked about the power of a brownie mix to awaken an old hobby

*Libby talked about going back to work after a 23 year “resume gap.”

I love these women, and I know you will too! Are you doing any driving this weekend? Give these episodes a listen!

Also, does anyone else ever feel this way?!! Just me?

If you find yourself yelling at your kids more than you’d like—or emotionally withdrawing and silently simmering—this class is for you!

In this free Zoom class, I will teach you three strategies for channeling anger and resentment into more self-awareness—in motherhood and in life generally.

Why are we all holding Eggo waffles? you might ask Why are we all holding Eggo waffles? you might ask.

Well the Eggo has become a bit of a legend in our house. Back in the fall of 2020, I threw an Eggo waffle at Noah in a fit of mom-rage!

Now I will occasionally threaten my kids when they aren’t listening to me, “Don’t make me get the waffles!!” 🧇😂

To hear about this hilarious and very real mothering moment, be sure to sign up for one of my FREE online masterclasses coming up over the next ten days! The class is called “How to be a Less Angry Mom.”

The first one is happening tomorrow (Monday) night and I can’t wait!

I will tell you all about the Great Waffle Meltdown of 2020, as well as teach you three takeaways about how to translate the messages that anger is sending to you. Because anger is NORMAL, even good sometimes.

When we can actually *listen* to our anger, instead of just reacting to it, we can make changes that will bless us and our children.

Comment “Class” below, and I’ll send you the sign up link!

I hope to see you soon!
