After my children joined our family through adoption and IVF, I was genuinely shocked to find that motherhood still felt heavy and lonely. Therapy and a few simple daily practices helped me rediscover my joy—and those practices eventually became the SAM6.
Now I’m passionate about helping other women do the same: feel more confident, more supported, and design a motherhood they don’t want to escape from.
